Cara Diet Mudah Sehat dan Cepat

Halo ini tulisan pertama saya sendiri. Saya akan share cara bagaimana menurunkan berat badan atau diet dengan cara yang asik dan gak biki bete, susah, gelisah, laper-laperan karena nahan-nahan makan.
FYI dengan cara yang akan saya sebutkan di bawah ini saya udah turun 4 kilo loh dalam 2 bulan, emang agak lama sih, tapi berat saya jamin gak akan naik-naik lagi kalau udah pakai cara diet di bawah ini.
Info-info ini saya dapat dari ini thanks untuk ko denny santoso.
Cara-cara nya adalah :
1. Makan 5-6 kali sehari
Pagi kamu boleh makan oatmeal, atau telur rebus. Jam 9 pagi kamu boleh makan buah, atau sayur sama yoghurt mungkin. Jam 12 waktunya makan siang kamu boleh makan nasi beserta lauk udah pasti kamu makan porsi nya sedikut karena udah kenyang makan pagi dan jam 9 itu ^^. Jam 3 sore kamu boleh makan lagi buah atau sayurnya atau snack diet nya, lalu malam sebelum jam 7 saatnya makan malam. Di jamin kamu akan kenyang seharian!!
2. Olahraga teratur
Olahraga ini bisa kamu lakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun, usahakan 30 menit sehari, satu minggu 5 kali olahrga lah.
3. Angkat beban
Angkat beban itu berguna banget loh, biar badan kamu gak bergelambir, dan untuk membuat otot. Otot itu gunanya mempercepat laju metabolisme jadi badan kamu akan membakar lemak walaupun lagi nyantai-nyantai aja.

Itu aja infonya pokoknya kalau kamu lakukan dengan baik dan rutin kami bisa kurus tapi dengan perlahan tapi pasti.
